Our guest mini bungalow Grüne Wiese offers you top facilities and a fantastic view. The bed is aligned in the direction of the three rustic double box windows, so that after a royally restful sleep in our wonderful beds you wake up with an imperial view of nature.
Your morning view is an unobstructed view of meadows, chickens and peacocks, as well as the Kune Kune pigs. When you sit at your private breakfast table, you can see the Lainsitz splashing past you and hear the pigs grunt (or snore, depending on when you want your breakfast), the chickens cluck and the cats purr.

On the summer meadows you can still find colorful butterflies, gray herons and, for those who are very attentive, a kingfisher may scurry here and there across the stream that flows through the garden.
The range of restaurants, inns and taverns is numerous and impressive. Many farms offer their products from the farm and the Pertholzer farm shop presents a beautiful colorful variety from the region. Bus or taxi rides are also on offer, you just have to take your time and use this time for the beauty all around you.

The animal days: put on your boots and enjoy an animal adventure
If you are interested in flora as well as fauna, then one of our all-round carefree packages with animal experiences, from stroking pigs to animal days, is ideal. Here you can experience our animals in action individually and without other participants. You will learn interesting facts about the breeds and housing conditions of pigs and Co., get information about “organic” and can get exceptionally close to the animals of the Edermühle in the Waldviertel.
And who knows, maybe you’re lucky and can swim with our ducks in the Lainsitz. Most of the time they stay in “their” duck meadow in the afternoon and enjoy the sun’s rays. There’s a good chance they’ll jump into the water with you.
