The travel price must be paid in full 30 days before departure.
Cancellation conditions:

What is a cancellation?
Changes from 30 days before departure:
- A cancellation of the entire reservation period
- A cancellation of parts of the reservation period
- The reduction of booked guests and/or rooms
- The postponement of travel dates
- A Now Show (a no-show without notice)
Refund warranty:
In the event of a border or hotel closure or a lockdown, you can cancel free of charge, even at short notice, or convert your booking into a voucher.

Cancellation protection:
Sometimes things turn out differently than you think and the booked holiday has to be canceled or prematurely terminated.
We would like to spare you the associated costs and hassle. We therefore recommend taking out hotel cancellation insurance from European Travel Insurance.
