Directions

By car

From Salzburg  to Linz and on to the A7. ATTENTION: Most navigation devices are not yet familiar with the S10. From Linz always drive towards Prague and leave the S10 at Sandl / Grünbach. In the following roundabout you drive straight ahead. Coming from Sandl / Grünbach you turn left in Bad Großpertholz after the police station.

From Vienna you keep in the direction of Krems and then come to us via Zwettl and Steinbach. Coming from Steinbach you turn right in Bad Großpertholz in front of the police station.

After the police station, you drive up a hill, between the paddock and the castle. Follow the sign „Papiermühle“. The village ends after the paddock on the left. Don’t let yourself be stopped and just keep going. After a small piece of forest (a few hundred meters) you will see the Edermühle on the right-hand side after the curve.

From Vienna: With the ÖBB to Gmünd Bahnhof and then on with the Postbus to Bad Großpertholz. Your stops with the Postbus: Start “Bahnhof Gmünd” and destination “Bad Großpertholz Schloss”.

From Munich: With the DB to Linz / Danube main station and then on with the Postbus to Bad Großpertholz. Your stops with the Postbus: Start “Linz Hauptbahnhof” and destination “Bad Großpertholz Schloss”.

From the Bad Großpertholz post bus stop, it’s about 10 minutes on foot to Edermühle. Follow the sign „Papiermühle“. The village ends after the paddock on the left. Don’t let yourself be stopped and just keep walking. After a small piece of forest (a few hundred meters) you will see the Edermühle on the right-hand side after the curve.
